Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns of items that’ve been tampered with. This includes switching cars and resealing blisters.
To complete a successful return, we do require proof of purchase.
Returning The Item:
As the customer, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. This means you’ll have to arrange the courier and cover the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable.
We highly recommend that you reuse the packaging that we sent you the item in, unless it’s unusable.
Refunds (If Successful)
Once we’ve received the item we will email you to let you know. However, if you use Evri, Yodel or a similar service you can also follow the tracking code.
After inspecting the item, we will then email you again. This will tell you whether your return has been accepted or rejected.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the card used in the original transaction.

While we aim to process and complete the refund process as quickly as possible, we are very busy. If you haven’t heard from us within 7 days email us again @ smallscalecarsweb@gmail.com with the subject “Urgent: Return enquiry”.
